Luna Pink Bourbon

Showing lovely tropical fruits and elegant complexity, this Pink Bourbon variety has a sweetness reminiscent of banana and was carefully grown by Gabriel Castaño on his farm, La Granada. Cherries were picked ripe (pink for this unique variety) and kept in their fruit for 48 hours before being de-pulped and fermented in tanks for 72 hours, after which the coffee is washed and dried slowly over 20 days.
